Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced. Grease and line 18cm square (base) cake pan.
Place grated zucchini in a clean cloth, lightly squeeze to remove excess liquid.
Whisk eggs and oil together in a large bowl until well combined. Stir in zucchini, ham and cheese. Sift flour over the zucchini mixture, stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon into pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until set in the centre. Stand 5 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with Greek salad and lemon wedges.
